What is your Returns Policy?
Our products are of a very high standard and we hope that you will be satisfied with your order. In the event that you aren't, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee.
You will need to inform us of your decison to return the products within five days of delivery. In this case, send an e-mail to info@tribalaccessories.com. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned to us safely and in the original state. If you intend to return earrings, we advise that you do not try them on for hygenic reasons. We will refund the cost of the product to you. We will not refund the delivery charge for undamaged goods.
What kind of silver are the silver items listed on this site? The Zambian silver in our jewellery is solid Sterling silver. We would like to emphasize that every item is made of (pure) Sterling silver and is NOT silver plated.
Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. The millesimal fineness is 925. Sterling silver objects are usually stamped with either the word "Sterling" or ".925", or the Lion Passant mark as part of the Hallmark.
Fine silver (99.9% pure) is generally too soft for producing large functional objects, and in Sterling the silver is usually alloyed with copper to give strength whilst preserving the ductility of the silver and a high precious metal content. (source: Wikipedia.org)
What are the modes of payment? We accept Mastercard and Visa via Paypal and paypal payments.
How long before the goods arrive?
Orders will be processed latest a day after receiving the order. If you select the Recorded delivery option in the UK, we will send the package by recorded next day delivery.
For orders outside the UK, we will send the package by Recorded delivery but this will NOT be next day delivery from processing so please allow a few more days than the UK.
For standard delivery, please allow 4-7 days in the UK. If the items are out of stock, please allow 2-3 weeks for the delivery of these products. This is because the products are sourced from all over the world and it takes 2 -3 weeks to replenish stock.
We continually update the website and will indicate on the website if the product is out of stock.
For orders outside the UK, please allow a few more days on top of the ones advised for the UK.
What is the cost of postage and packaging?
Please find below the cost of postage and packaging. Customers can choose whether they prefer their order to be sent by Standard delivery or Recorded delivery. For orders above £30, we advise that you select Recorded delivery. This option offers you adequate insurance coverage in the unlikely event of loss or damage to your order.
UK postage and packaging
£2.50 for Standard delivery £3.95 for Recorded delivery.
Europe postage and packaging
£2.95 for Standard delivery. £4.75 for Recorded delivery.
What if some items of my order are not in stock? We will only charge you one delivery charge. We will deliver the products in stock. When the out of stock items arrive, we will send those to you without any additional postage or packaging provided that you have paid for these items in one transaction.
