Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be processed latest a day after recieving the order. If you select the Recorded delivery option in the UK, we will send the package by recorded next day delivery.

For orders outside the UK, we will send the package by Recorded delivery but this will NOT be next day delivery from processing so please allow a few more days than the UK.

For standard delivery, please allow 4-7 days in the UK. If the items are out of stock, please allow 2-3 weeks for the delivery of these products. This is because the products are sourced from all over the world and it takes 2 -3 weeks to replenish stock.

We continually update the website and will indicate on the website if the product is out of stock.

For orders outside the UK, please allow a few more days on top of the ones advised for the UK.

Postage and Packaging

The postage and packaging cost includes costs for postage and packaging. Customers can choose whether they prefer their order to be sent by Standard delivery or Recorded delivery. For orders above £30, we advise that you select Recorded delivery. This option offers you adequate insurance coverage in the unlikely event of loss or damage to your order.

UK postage and packaging

£2.50 for Standard delivery
£3.95 for Recorded delivery.

Europe postage and packaging

£2.95 for Standard delivery.
£4.75 for Recorded delivery.
